STUDENT ACTIVITY AND SPORTS COUNCIL 2018-19 have released their member list and dates for Eccentrica

This Time Eccentrica will be held during the first week of November. 

As per the instruction of Student dean welfare Dr. Prakash Chandra, SAS President Mr.Ankur Singh Confirmed that Eccentrica-The Two Days College Fest will be on31/10/2018 and 1/11/2018.
The audition will start from 24th October after the regular classes that is all the audition will be held after 5:30 Pm.

This time Saumya will lead the Eccentrica with 7 Coordinator's who will represent their departments,Jyotish Kumar Jha will emblematize Integrated MSc(PCM), Kunal will emblematize ECE,Vijayalaxmi Singh epitomize Architecture,Atul Kumar (ME), Anshu (CIVIL), Mohit Nautiyal (CSE),Tilak Raj (EE) along with their 7 Co-coordinators.

GROUP DANCE
1. A team should comprise of minimum 3 members and maximum 10 members
2. Only one team from each department is allowed
3. Tracks are to be submitted to the Cultural Secretary/Department Representative latest by 1st November 1 pm
4. Use of fire as a prop shall not be permitted due to safety reasons
5. Minimum duration of the performance is 6 minutes and maximum is 10 minutes. Not adhering to the time limit shall lead to disqualification.
SOLO DANCE
1. Only one participant from each department is allowed
2. Tracks are to be submitted to the Cultural Secretary/Department Representative latest by 31st October 1 pm
3. Use of fire as a prop shall not be permitted due to safety reasons
4. Minimum duration of the performance is 3 minutes and maximum is 5 minutes. Not adhering to the time limit shall lead to disqualification.
DUET SINGING
1. A team of 2 members from each department is allowed
2. Karaoke/musical instruments can be used.
3. Team using karaoke track should submit their track latest by 1st November 1 pm
4. Music club can be contacted for help regarding musical instruments
5. Duration of the performance is minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes
SOLO SINGING
1. One participant from each branch is allowed
2. Karaoke/musical instruments can be used.
3. Participant using karaoke track should submit their track latest by 31st October 1 pm
4. Music club can be contacted for help regarding musical instruments
5. Duration of the performance is minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes
DEBATE
1. 2 participants from each branch are allowed. One for English debate and one for Hindi debate.
2. Participants shall be notified the topic beforehand.
3. Minimum duration is 2 minutes and maximum is 3 minutes. Participants need to adhere to the time limit. Not doing so may lead to disqualification.
4. Content that hurts the sentiments of any religion, belief, gender, caste or community shall lead to disqualification
5. Proof reading of the content shall be done prior to the debate by Department Representative
MIMICRY/ STAND UP COMEDY
1. One participant from each branch is allowed
2. Duration of performance is minimum 3 minutes and maximum 5 minutes. Participants need to adhere to the time limit. Not doing so may lead to disqualification.
3. Content that hurts the sentiments of any religion, belief, gender, caste or community shall lead to disqualification.
4. Adult content and non-veg jokes in the content shall lead to disqualification.
5. Proof reading of the content shall be done prior to the performance by Department Representative
