B.Tech or Integrated MSc ? Carrier option..

You have to stay in school. You have to. You have to go to college. You have to get your degree. Because that's the one thing people can't take away from you is your education. And it is worth the investment.-Michelle Obama

You can not do everything, but You can do something. You can’t build a reputation on what you’re going to do until you believe All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence, and then success is sure.

Dreams are extremely important. You can’t do it unless you imagine it.
“If you can DREAM it, you can DO it.” (Walt Disney)
Even if you are getting M.sc in Nitp it cannot be equalized with that of B.Tech.

Which is the best?
What is your desire?
What is your dream?

B.Tech or Integrated MSc?

Is Engineering the right choice?
What is the Dual Degree Course?
Can I discontinue my Integrated M.Sc Program?
Can I shift to B.tech course from Integrated M.Sc?
Which are the best Integrated  M.Sc colleges in India?
Is Integrated M.Sc equivalent to B.E/B.Tech + M.Tech or not?
What are the difference in doing B.Sc + M.Sc separately and Integrated M.Sc degree?

You already know about Engineering, There are two different courses available, First is B-Tech(Bachelor of technology) or B.E(Bachelor in engineering) Both are similar after AICTE Approval and other is Dual degree.

The dual degree is integrated(Sum) of two degrees lets say B-Tech+M-Tech which takes  5 years but if you will do it separately then it will take 4 years in general if you easily pass away +2 years = 6 years total.

Now the point is which is the best? B-Tech or Integrated MSc, which will you prefer?
In generally, dual degree seems to be lucrative because it saves time but as we know, Desire! that’s the one secret of every man’s career. Not education. Not being born with hidden talents. Desire.
So, it's up to you What is your desire? What is your dream? Because not everyone chooses the M-Tech after completing his/her B-Tech degree.

It all depends on your interest where are you seeing yourself as a working employee for Multinational organization or want to become an entrepreneur, whether you want technical studies or deep subject studies, want to become engineer or work in research field and become scientist, whether you want to earn money / get placement early or you can give more time to your studies.

First, you decide in which stream would you like to go. If you are interested in teaching or research areas than M.Sc  will be the better option for you because after this you can apply for GATE, NET for your higher studies. If you are interested in a professional course want the corporate world or would like to get a job earlier than choose B.Tech.

Both courses have different types of opportunities and options. If you are more interested in research-oriented career then go for integrated M.Sc if you want to settle in life quickly go for B-Tech. So be careful while taking decisions.

You are selected for Integrated M.Sc at National Institute of Technology Patna. And don't want to lose this chance to take admission at NIT Patna as it gives the best placement for B-Tech since last 2 years to the students in top most companies of India like Medha kumari who creates a history to bag 39.5 lakhs in 2017  and 63 students get selected at once in Capgemini in current year and many more got selected from nitp placement cell.
